Tarun is a MPP Candidate (2017) at the Hertie School of Governance. He also holds a MA and BA in Economics from the University of Delhi. Prior to coming to Hertie, he worked as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in India for 5 years. He supported clients in electricity market regulation and renewable energy development in India and Nepal. Over the last year he has worked as a Research Assistant at Potsdam Institute for Climate Change (PIK) and is currently working on his master thesis titled ‘De-risking Renewable Energy Investments using a Results Based Finance Approach’ with researchers at ETH-Zurich.
