Lukas Schmid is a Research Analyst at adelphi, Berlin with a focus on European and international energy, climate, and environmental policy. Primary foci of his work include sustainable development and the Post-2015 Agenda, sustainable urban management (Smart Cities), and climate engineering. Lukas began his career with the European Union. Previously, he worked at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) and KPMG. He is a graduate with distinction from Hertie School of Governance and Duke University.
