Lisa Katharina Schmid
follow link follow link As a fellow of the Ecologic Institute, Lisa is consulting the German Federal Ministry of the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety on matters related to international and European emissions trading, carbon pricing and the energy transition. Prior to this, she worked at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change where she published articles on the EU emissions trading system. Other stints include adelphi, the United Nations Environment Programme, the Heinrich Böll Foundation North America, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a MPP from the Hertie School of Governance and a BA in Politics and Public Administration from the University of Konstanz and SciencesPo Paris. Lisa is a scholar of the Heinrich Böll Foundation and founder of CorrelAid, a student-led organisation active in data consulting for non-profits.
