Outline:
The EU Bubble! Work hard – play hard: Brussels is transitioning into the autumn buzz of the decision-making processes behind the Winter Package. Brexit, Trump, the German elections, etc. are throwing their shadows. In short: the nitty-gritty public policymaking is as cumbersome and time-consuming as ever… Legislative proposals pile up in the Parliament and vivid debates are happening in the stakeholder community during panel discussions, workshops and receptions. Party-hopping is the name of the game.
